Channel Pilot is a marketplace sales platform based in Germany and is available for all ShipStation accounts, no matter where your home country may be. Channel Pilot helps large and small retailers alike when selling either nationally or across borders.
Channel Pilot offers solutions for inventory management, workflows, and order management. Additionally, Channel Pilot can connect you to a host of third-party solutions like Marin Software, Adspert, and Adobe Marketing Cloud to boost product feeds through Channel Pilot. Channel Pilot integrates directly with ShipStation to automatically import your orders so you can start shipping quickly. ShipStation will automatically notify your Channel Pilot account with each order's shipment details as soon as you create each label.

To connect your Channel Pilot store to ShipStation:

Gather your Channel Pilot Merchant ID and Shop Token.

Select the Channel Pilot tile.

Enter your Channel Pilot Merchant ID and Shop Token.
After you've completed the connection steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.
