ShipStation's integration with Deutsche Post DHL allows you to create domestic shipping labels for shipments in Germany and Austria and international shipping labels for shipments between both countries. For international shipments, you can also print your customs forms directly from ShipStation!

Deutsche Post DHL Integration Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • An active account with Deutsche Post DHL

  • Deutsche Post DHL Username

  • Deutsche Post DHL Password

  • Client ID (First 10 digits)

Connect a Deutsche Post DHL Account to ShipStation

To connect your Deutsche Post DHL account to ShipStation:

  1. Select the Deutsche Post DHL Group tile and click Connect.

  2. Enter your Deutsche Post DHL Username, Password, and the first 10 digits of your Client ID, then choose an Account Nickname to identify the carrier account in ShipStation.

  3. Click Connect.

ShipStation can close the day's shipments for the carrier and submit the manifest electronically. The End of Day process may be mandatory or optional, based on the carrier and your account with them. A printable file may or may not be available when submitted electronically - see End of Day (PDF).

Additional Details About the Deutsche Post DHL Integration

  • ShipStation's integration with Deutsche Post DHL does not support third-party billing.

  • Deutsche Post DHL supports only one label message.
