Breakdown of the static data exports available on the Products, Customers, and Shipments tabs.
Static Reports are CSV reports you can create in ShipStation that have no customization options or custom export formats. You can, however, use filters to limit what data gets exported into the report.
Static reports include Fulfillment record reports, Returns record reports, Product records reports, and Inventory records reports.
Export a CSV of your product records in ShipStation using the Export button in the Products page of the Products tab.
Use this report to update your products records in bulk using ShipStation's CSV product import procedure.
Use filters to limit the list of products exported to the report or select specific product records in the grid to export.
Missing Product Records in your Export?
This report will contain a list of ShipStation's product records. If products are missing from the report, check the store's Product settings to ensure ShipStation is set to create product records when importing orders from that store.
The table below details which fields appear in the CSV, what those fields mean, and what output to expect for each field.

Export a CSV of the inventory configured in ShipStation's Internal Inventory Solution by clicking the Export button in the Inventory page of the Products tab.
Select the items in the grid you wish to export, and use filters if you want to limit the items in the report by date created, whether inventory tracking is enabled, or the item has an alert present.

Export a CSV of your fulfillment records by clicking the Export button on the Fulfillments page of your Shipments tab.
Select the fulfillment records from the grid you wish to include in the report. Use filters to limit the report data by Fulfillment Provider, Country, or Ship Date.

Name of the Ship From used to create the fulfillment record. |

Source for the order used to create the fulfillment record. This field is typically used by Inventory and Order Management partners to define the original store or marketplace the order was placed on. |
