How to add an SOS Inventory store to ShipStation, what features are available, and other need-to-know details

To connect SOS Inventory to ShipStation as a custom store:

Access your Username, Password, and Custom URL information in your SOS Inventory account. Click the gear icon and select ShipStation Setup from the drop-down menu.

Select the Custom Store tile.

Enter your Username and Password in the appropriate fields.
In the URL to Custom XML Page field, enter the URL https://shipstation.sosinventory.com/ShipStation/Xml
After you've completed the connection steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.
On import, if a Requested Shipping Service is specified for an order in SOS Inventory, ShipStation will display this information in the Order Details.
